What you'll be doing
- Participates in the planning and compilation of annual market budgets and the monitoring of the performance to budget on a monthly basis. Meets with cost center leaders to review results of budget to actual analysis of the cost centers. Prepares and presents financial analysis to management. Provides trend analysis around administrative costs and various financial data. Supports management through budget and forecasting processes. Leads new analysts to prepare timely summaries and analysis in a professional format and using graphical representations. Participates in and leads projects of moderate to complex scope as assigned. Prepares and issues instructions concerning complex analysis and opportunities for improvement to less experienced analysts. Provides professional/technical guidance to team members. Works independently and under limited direction. Takes initiative to accomplish necessary tasks.
What your background should be
- The applicant should have healthcare experience. Advanced knowledge of standard financial analysis principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Solid knowledge of advanced principles, theories and concepts related to budgeting, forecasting and ROI calculations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree.
