What you'll be doing
- Create and document new business processes in swim lane diagrams, develop roles and responsibility RASCI charts, optimize existing processes, create standard templates, develop timing and actions for processes, lead cross functional teams to gather process requirements, pilot processes, train groups of stakeholders (team members and 3rd parties), rollout processes to the stakeholders. Understand the business to ensure strong service levels and satisfaction. Proactively recommend and institute process, tool, and methodology improvements based on industry best practices and present proposed solutions to various teams in the organization. Manages cross-partner communication, inclusive of but not limited to merchants, marketing, operations and digital experience. Stay current with e-commerce industry and attends trade shows seeking innovation to support of the company differentiation strategy. Work with internal team members to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement, and systems enhancements. Develop time and action plan for the non-technical process projects. Create estimates and resource plans, manage issue tracker, report status and issues to management. Manage and maintain existing processes by partnering with business teams to gather and prioritize new scope (change requests), work with the team to develop estimates for changes and provide recommendations to leadership. Communicate project objectives, progress and status to leadership on a regular basis.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of relevant work experience. strong project management/leadership skills. Excellent listening and communication skills. Able to build consensus through negotiation and influence without authority. Able to demonstrate courage and drive change.
Required Schooling / Training
- 4-year degree.
