What you'll be doing
- Participate in requirements and design discussions with project stakeholders coordinate with project manager and business to identify business requirements, create process specifications, and coordinate with project team to ensure that deliverables are met on plan. Full use and application business analysis standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques review company strategy, test plans, and test scenarios to ensure coverage against the requirements (RTM) execute the company. Perform other task as assigned.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of experience gathering/writing clear concise business requirements. Must have excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills. Agile methodology experience (writing user stories and acceptance criteria). Knowledge in Microsoft project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel. Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and understanding of SDLC methodologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines good knowledge of mortgage underwriting and servicing principles, plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- Four-year degree.
