What you'll be doing
- Provide direct client facing program planning and budget and financial management support to a large army project management office business management division. Analyze standard defense planning, programming, budget, and execution activity, including budget formulation and budget reporting, affordability analysis, management of fund certification package and financial reporting. Perform analysis for the client with the development of funding requirement and the program objective memorandum; analyze the creation of budget projection, justification of program budget. Assist with the preparation and management of budget document and information to support congressional reporting requirement, data call and contract material.
What your background should be
- Four or more years of experience with program, planning, budget and execution. Experience with Microsoft Office application and adherence to visual standard. Knowledge of federal budget and financial processes, including POM and President Budget processes and reporting. Knowledge of defense PPBE process and the defense budget cycle. Ability to be detailed oriented and work with minimal supervision. Ability to analyze and develop solution. Possession of excellent organization, time management, and collaboration skill.
