What you'll be doing
- Branch Manager will have responsibility for the branch's results, working with the guidance of company's benchmarks for customer growth and retention, revenue, and market share. The selected candidate will be answerable for handling the mix of routine and unexpected requests, developing forecasts; financial objectives and business plans, and managing budget and allocate funds appropriately. It is the role of the Branch Manager to direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales and to meet goals and metrics.
