What you'll be doing
- The person will manage all branch workers and supervises daily operations of the branch in a professional and efficient manner. The Branch Manager will ensure safety, operational soundness an excellent service levels are provided within the branch. The position holder will be responsible for the sales culture in the branch and the development of new and existing clients. She/he will administer all staff; appropriately delegates duties and functions, training for staff on all policies and procedures, involving safety/security issues and compliance training, creates schedule, communicate information on a timely basis ensuring comprehension, train staff on procedures and processes.
What your background should be
- 3 years experience in consumer banking
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
