What you'll be doing
- Monitor demo floor equipment to budget. Oversee the process of maintaining and rotating equipment. Manage return holds by reviewing the return hold list and verifying dates and accuracy. Manage open order list. Oversee pick-ups and cancel contingent. Review and verifies GP report on a monthly basis. Monitor order accuracy; work with sales personnel to obtain missing or incomplete documentation. Monitor progressive print (PPS) activity and the activity log. Audit order and sales quote configurator (SQC). Submit order to contract billing for set-up. Submit completed orders for sales rep commission claims. Regularly meet with sales reps and branch leadership. Participate in regional leadership meetings. Present a review of the financial reports and overall financial status of the branch. Act as a liaison between branch and corporate HQ departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Perform physical inventory as required. Monitor and process 60-day charge backs of demo equipment as required. Provide training to sales reps on order documents (i.e. Contract, GMA service agreements, etc.). Create KRI (key results indicator) reports reporting on activities. Verify the accuracy of KRI information via OMD reports.
