Boutique Hotel Manager

What you'll be doing
- Work with outside contractors and weekly service provider on ongoing maintenance and improvements. Track inventory and order supplies appropriately. Check-in and check-out guests, make reservations, answer phones, make guests feel like the number one priority, see to their needs and comforts, light housekeeping, keep pool area tidy, this includes putting towels out and washing towels, straightening lounge chairs, taking trash out, maintain ongoing communication with housekeeping. You will be the only person working the front desk most of the time.
What your background should be
- Light book-keeping is required. Marketing experience is a plus. Written & verbal communication skills. Customer service oriented. Basic computer skills. Previous hotel experience preferred. Spanish language or hotel Spanish. Knowledge of Palm Springs, entertainment, and restaurants in the area. Two years of hospitality experience required.
