What you'll be doing
- Responsible for executing commercial plans; develop strategies to expand the business and promoting excellent relations with the distributor in the assigned territory as well as at store level. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and customer service oriented person dedicated to overview the execution at a store level looking to place and keep the products in first positions displays. Identify opportunities and create specific action plans to grow the categories and achieve sales objectives. Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with store management and distributors. Negotiate goals and budgets to distributors. Evaluate strategic point of sales, portfolio penetration and commercial activities. Perform market surveys and insure current codes in product displayed. Place and provide evidence of POS placement. Resolve any product and quality issues reported by distributors.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of experience in managerial or similar position required. Background in food sales highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish. People and customer service oriented. Flexible schedule, with availability to travel region-wide. Negotiation and coordination skills.

- Bachelor degree
