What you'll be doing

The beverage manager is responsible for coordinate and supervise all aspect of bar operation and beverage outlet, while maintain a profitable operation and high quality product and service level. He/she expect to market idea to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budget and meet budgeted productivity while keep quality consistently high. Manage all F&B and day to day operation within budgeted guideline and to the highest standard. Comply with all health and safety regulation. Report on management regarding sales result and productivity.

What your background should be

At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field. College course work in related field helpful. Previous supervisory responsibility required. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employee and guest in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Must be effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns raised by employee and guest. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma required.
