What you'll be doing
- Assists design and development of curriculum; develops and delivers training sessions to a uniquely defined designated audiences of learners. Collaborates with local leadership and national curricula design teams to ensure the successful development and transfer of learning from the classroom back to the job. Oversees the classroom environment for long-term and complex training situations, managing all aspects of student performance and feedback to management. Delivers claim processing and customer service training to new and current employees. Effectively manages the classroom environment (e.g. trainee attendance, performance, behaviors, etc.). Maintains currency of information related to policy releases, system enhancements, and curriculum maintenance needs.
What your background should be
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or training environment. Highly self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Strong listening and interpersonal skills; skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships. Must be able to adjust easily to new situations, accept changing priorities while displaying a positive attitude and have a flexible work schedule. Clearly and effectively expresses ideas both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task well. Must be able to absorb and apply new and changing information. Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
