What you'll be doing
- The Assistant Manager is chargeable for learning and supervising the operational and merchandising areas of the Clubs. Additional duties involve, promoting & overseeing procedures and processes to ensure compliance with operational and merchandising policies; executing management functions in the absence of the General Manager. The successful candidate will administer all operational and merchandise areas of the Club to ensure compliance with policies and procedures involving shrink, expense control, human resources, payroll, labor scheduling. She/he will handle the company's budget, involving payroll, repairs and maintenance and other controllable expenses to get the organization's planned profit.
What your background should be
- 3 years of retail supervisory experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
