What you'll be doing

Coordinate with the store manager to develop creative way to meet the store sale goal and maintain reliable collection pattern. Manage and maintaining the store inventory. Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns on a daily basis. Lead a sale team by coaching them on how to become more effective leader and promoting an environment of collaboration. Manage conflict and effectively resolving sensitive issue while being considerate of all involved. Review and inspect work for quality, accuracy and completeness. Analyze, summarize and review data. Report finding, interpret result and make recommendation.

What your background should be

Valid driving license is required. Two years of related experience in the retail or fast food or service industry. Successful candidate will be required to complete the live scan background check process as a condition of employment. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory.
