What you'll be doing
- Responsible to coordinate the Manager in directing operations involving budget and client service; accountable for offering assistance with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all staff involving scheduling, safety, training, and development. This individual will be responsible for direct employee relations make sure the quality of customers by interacting and communicating with customer, and managing complaints or problems. It is the task of the Assistant Manager to conduct security patrols, observation, and general functions as required. The position holder will implement standards of performance by submitting to management new ideas, concepts and procedures related to changing organizational and staffing requirements.
