What you'll be doing

Help to ensure 90% existing BP renewal rate by executing all aspects of the company program. Business development/revenue generation by signing new BPs as goal of one per month, service existing BPs, broker partnerships and form relationships in the business community with potential bps. Manage relationships with community groups/non-profits. Attend events for the company (occasional evening hours required). Develop and execute marketing/brand development and strategy. Design and implement new revenue sources. Train and manage employees, conduct comprehensive sustainability certifications. Write media-ready stories, help manage, maintain and grow social media and digital promotions.

What your background should be

Excellent communicator/public speaker. Sustainability knowledge and experience. Strong sales experience and ability to effectively share the company message. Understand associated press (AP) style very organized and acute attention to detail. Writing experience, and understanding of brand messaging principles social media know-how. Graphic design/photo editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic HTML knowledge experience with demographics research and digital advertisement.
