What you'll be doing

Train and mentor center manager (CM). Meet weekly with medical director and cm to discuss operational issues/volume/numbers. Work closely with front desk manager (FDM), front desk supervisor (FDS) and front desk regional manager (FDRM) to ensure front desk is running smoothly and efficiently. Fill in for CM when CM is out and or on the floor working shifts as volume and staff, numbers indicate (fill open shifts). Interview and hire all back office staff including PRN mid-level provider. Give feedback or discipline as needed. Conduct one on ones with mid-levels and CM. Oversee training schedules for staff and mid-level. Help with marketing events and on-sites. Help resolve issues with wait times, customer service, and efficiencies. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

A minimum three years of management experience preferably in a medical environment. Experience with clinical technology. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Well groomed and presents self in a professional manner.
