What your background should be

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good level of business process intelligence the ability to understand process flow diagrams, diligently follow work instructions, enter data in the system with accuracy, and ensuring quality on all interactions. Customer service skills, Microsoft Office suite, windows operating systems, and internet applications. Data entry, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in any customer service scenario. Minimum 6-12 months of previous call center, or customer service experience preferred. Data entry experience preferred. Working relationships, maintain inter-department relationships to resolve client issues. Effectively communicate with both internal and external clients. Develop communication and working relationship with manager competencies.

Required Schooling / Training

BA or vocational school degree preferred or equivalent.
