What you'll be doing

Prepare correspondence, reports or other documents. Maintain various filing systems, including computer records of various activities. Assist agency customers with inquiries or problems concerning an assigned program area. Process various types of claims, requisitions, purchase orders and invoices for payment, and similar duties. Perform most complex and technical duties, such as preparing presentations through manipulation of data, or prepare documents for audits or special reports. Some responsibility may be assign for the functional supervision of other employees on a limited basis.

What your background should be

Two years of clerical office experience. Knowledge of Microsoft office and familiarity with computer basics is preferred. Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees. Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities.
