What you'll be doing

Receives researches and responds to written and/or verbal requests for information. Routinely handles employee inquiries and correspondence, often of a confidential nature, and responds or redirects as necessary. Establishes and maintains filing systems and monitors record retention for schedule compliance. Includes personnel files distributes information including mail and faxes, mails documents, makes copies, and scans documents. Includes communication of office policies, processes, and procedures creates correspondence and other documents. Orders non-standard office supplies and maintains office equipment (paper in copiers, printers, and fax machine). Enters data including bargaining unit payroll data and transformer gas and oil analysis. Reconciles payroll issues prepares requests for travel advances and reconciles travel-associated employee expenses and corporate credit card charges through the one-pay system. Reconciles routine operations-related employee expenses and corporate credit card charges through the one-pay system. Creates and closes work orders and records variances and processes electronic invoicing and payments in sap prepares purchase requisitions for approval and processing. Performs other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide, calculate fractions and calculate percentages), grammar, spelling and punctuation required.
