What you'll be doing

Manage branch administration and provide administrative support to complex administrative manager. Manage end to end process of recruiting and training administrative support staff and provide ongoing management and support for development. Follow up local issues that have been identified by complex directors and escalate when necessary. Support and drive strategic firm initiatives. Identify and implement cost efficiencies with office (P&L management). Coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures. Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating administrative support staff on best practices on the 'client experience'. Partner with complex administrative manager and the home office to address management or staffing issues.

What your background should be

At least 3 years of experience with a leading financial institution. Multi tasking ability. Strong communication skills. Basic computer skills.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma.
