Administrative Assistant Sales

What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative and customer support for assigned sales managers. Coordinate payroll files and paid time off (PTO) submission for managers. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to the company. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. Follow all company policies and procedures, verify uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
What your background should be
- Knowledge of good customer service practices in order to interact with the company's all guests throughout the day. Ability to operate a personal computer and job related software at a basic level. Speak with others using clear and professional language.
