What you'll be doing

Provide full administrative support for sales team. Assist in answering customer calls and sales representative emails. Learn and maintain the CRM system. Place orders and quotes for customers. Obtain pricing and request quotes from vendors. Assist sales manager on reports and projects. Schedule follow-up customer meetings. Coordinate customer attendance for local events. Assist in sales funnel management by identifying committed sales. Manage required responses and forms from multiple teams during order preparation. Work with senior management to complete assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision. Prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Ability to work with complex databases and systems. Develop effective working relationships with peers, sales team and across organizational lines. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
