What you'll be doing
- The branch administrative assistant will manage phones, scheduling, customer service and general office tasks including taking new jobs and placing them into the software system, data entry, filing, and ideal candidate will manage multiple projects with attention to detail. Complete delegated tasks on time. Spend an appropriate amount of time at the office to complete duties. Seek information and knowledge on new issues. Cooperate with and maintain respect for others. Turn in accurate, timely and complete paperwork. Provide excellent customer service. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Organized and complete filing system in place and utilized. Answering the phones in the office is one of the most important duties in the company.
What your background should be
- Advanced experience in MS office suite. Exceptional communication skills and good attitude a must. Proven experience in the restoration/construction industry. Ability of positively motivate others. Develop skills of others. Convey positive image of the company. Provide valuable insight for improvements.
