What you'll be doing
- Administrative duties include organizing, scheduling, meeting planning, calendaring, digital filing, troubleshooting with it. Ordering supplies, answering phones, correspondence, travel arrangements, meeting preparation. Coordinating schedules, personal errands, assist in front desk greeting patients and check out liaison to 3rd party marketing companies, directories, webmaster and vendors and outside organizations, following up on projects, provide necessary information. Coordinate and manage before and after photos of patients and testimonials, update monthly information & specials, post and create social media and blog topics, new products or services. Coordinate and assist with developing monthly promotions, e-blasts, flyers, social media outlets, special events, seminars. Assist with topics for blogs, newsletters, social media, correspondence to patients, colleagues. Assist with following up with new and existing patients send marketing materials, vendor promotions. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- At least 3 years of experience as an admin/executive assistant. Excellent customer service, organization and project management skills. Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Pinterest, constant contact or mail chimp, Photoshop intermediate to advanced knowledge is absolutely required. Excellent writing and communication skills. Marketing/communication and customer relations experience.
