Admin Support Coordinator

What you'll be doing
- Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects. Gathers and coordinates statistical data and prepares summary reports related to department plans, programs and projects. Maintains records, checks data, prepares and distributes standard and ad hoc reports from a department specific database. May assist in the preparation of the annual budget; tracks expenses and prepares monthly budget reconciliation reports. Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals, and office files. Maintains and updates office records, rosters, directories and manuals. Sorts, reviews, prioritize, and distribute mail. Maintains and utilizes a follow-up file. Analyzes meeting notes and minutes and compiles information into reports for distribution. Answers phones, takes messages, and redirects calls. Responds to a wide array of inquiries of moderate complexity. Coordinates department facilities support such as inventory, moves, supplies, repair calls, telephones. Performs other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Four years of experience is required in general office environment that includes writing, proofreading, mathematics and data analysis, and personal computing and corresponding software. Excellent oral and written communication skills for internal/external contacts. Organizational skills for project coordination. Ability to operate personal computer and related business software.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree.
