What you'll be doing
- Provide support within established performance standard and priority that are responsive to marketing, underwriting, retention and service goals. Assure all related support activities are delivered in a manner consistent with business unit customer service and expense management focus. Participate with account executive or underwriter in the renewal and new business activity that support marketing and underwriting decision that are consistent with business unit growth and retention goal. Manage account documentation; proposal, agreement letter, reinsurance contract, collateral agreement, policy change, endorsement, cancellation, etc. Provide administrative support and other related service as needed. Participate in project and assignment as needed.

- Experience with property casualty multi line rating and underwriting. Demonstrate skill in the use of computer rating system and various software applications. Teamwork and collaboration. Organizational skill. Customer service skill. Strong interpersonal skill. Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
