What you'll be doing
- Position will be answerable for handling all aspects of the business relationship with the customer. It is the duty of the Account Manager to assure that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to increase overall business management services and corporate profitability. She/he will build and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various tasks within the organization to ensure customer demands are managed appropriately (i.e. within time and budget) while balancing client requirements with company profitability. In addition, the Account Manager will analyze the billing effectiveness/cash flow and making recommendations to maximize productivity and profitability.
